One Month Fresh Start Program

Get a fresh start to nutrition with finding balance in your diet.  It takes 21 days to start forming a new habit, which is the focus of this program. This 4-week program includes an initial assessment with nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. A customized 7-day nutrition plan based on personal health needs and goals. There will be a 30-minute follow-up session to review any questions and email/ phone support for one month with a weekly check in. Resources, handouts & additional recipes all included.

Three Month Healthy Habits Program

A 12-week timeframe allows you to go from starting a new behavior to automatically doing it. This is when real change can be noticed in the body and mind. The program includes a full nutritional assessment with personalized nutrition plan, along with your customized 7-day meal plan and additional recipes. Included will be a 30-minute follow-up session to review the program and weekly 15-minute check in sessions to connect and review the weekly goals. An informational email relating to your personal health goals will be sent out weekly. Also included is a 45-minute appointment once a month will allow for questions and adjustments to your plan. Resources, handouts & additional recipes all included.

Feeling overwhelmed by all the products, foods and labels while trying to make healthy choices? Spend time in your local grocery store with a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant. Learn the health benefits of foods, when to buy organic, cost-effectiveness and how to choose the best produce and meats.

When trying to balance blood sugars, manage food sensitivities or deal with digestive issues buying the right foods can have a huge impact. Groceries not included. 1 hr

Kitchen Clean Out & Education

Often our own kitchen and pantry can be the biggest obstacle in making healthier choices. Together at your home we can identify what stays and what you may want to change on your next shop. We’ll cover healthier snack options and you’ll gain the education to create a foundation for making healthy meal choices. Healthy pantry shopping list, alternative baking choices and recipes for 2 healthy snacks included. 1 hr
